Exchanges & Returns

Exchange in store
You have 10 days from the date receiving the products to exchange your purchase. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. You can exchange the item in another size, color or style.


Return and Exchange via post
You can send your return & exchange request to Contact us or via Instagram DM.  
The return address will be sent to you via email trissiadesign@gmail.com / Instagram DM once your return has been approved.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of their return shipping.

Faulty Returns
If the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, the shipping cost (the cost of delivering the goods to the customer from the invoice or receipt issued to the purchase) will be refunded.
